About the Maker
Jabari Sauce is a collaboration between two friends, Arian Jalali and Pete Yares. After leaving Tucson for Portland, Oregon and New York City, they realized how special the food was that they grew up with. With so many options in their new cities, they worked to zero in on what they couldn’t find from back home. Combining what they learned and what they grew up with, Jabari Sauce was created. Pete Yares is currently based back in Tucson, and Arian Jalali is based in Los Angeles, California.
