Workshop seats are nonrefundable as we purchase materials on a rolling basis. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome sell your seat to a friend (or post in the Facebook event) and send us the new name for the guest list.
Any sale posts in Facebook events are approved by us after we verify that it is a ticket holder.
Order Processing & Shipping
We process your order from our Tucson, Arizona shop within 3-4 days of the order being placed. Not long after you submit your order, you'll get an automated email with your order confirmation. We’ll send a final confirmation which includes tracking information with your expected shipping time once the order is fulfilled.
If you're in Tucson (or itching for a road trip) and would like to pick your order up at the shop, you're welcome to do so! Just bring your phone to show up your receipt and a photo ID. We'll have your order ready for you with a couple hours if it's placed between 10 am and 4pm Tuesday through Sunday.
Orders placed before 10 am or after 4 pm (or when we're closed on Mondays) will be processed the next day. Orders must be picked up within 5 days.

Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the items in your order. You get to choose between USPS First Class (2 to 7 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days). USPS does not guarantee estimated delivery times. One day, right?
We aren't shipping internationally – yet! Send in those requests ;)
Gifts are definitely our love language, so let us know if we can help with yours! Just drop a line in the notes field when placing your order, or send us an email with your order number. We can remove price tags and include a handwritten note!
Returns & Refunds
Full price items in their original, unused condition are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days upon receipt of order. We maintain the discretion to determine if an item is in its original condition.
The following items are not eligible for return:
All sale items or discounted items
All writing utensils (pens, pencils, markers, etc.)
- Craft supplies (embroidery floss, yarn, etc.)
To begin your return, send us an email with your receipt and any relevant photos. We'll go from there!
We will issue a refund once the items have been returned and processed. If there are any problems processing it, we'll let you know.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges for returns/exchanges will be your responsibility. If we made a mistake with your order, we'll take care of the return shipping fees.
You can also make returns in store under the same circumstances.
