This is the award-winning treat that started Little Apple Treats and founder Joanne's love of candy making! This caramel is her original recipe with toasted almonds, the perfect amount of cinnamon (just a touch!) and lots of vanilla. It was so delicious that it sparked the making of the rest of Little Apple Treat's caramel flavors. The perfect buttery, sweet caramel made with apple cider from our fresh-pressed apples. You cannot go wrong with this flavor!

About the Maker 

Joanne and her husband Dan became accident apple farmers in 1999. After running a plant nursery and then later moving to a home with an apple orchard, Joanne began experimenting with edible plants. Eventually, they started pressing their apples into juice, and turning it into apple cider vinegar. Over the years, Joanne has continued to experiment and has turned her apples into many different treats, from apple cider vinegar to apple cider caramels.
